Hiya, I'm Holly!
I’m a passionate and degree-qualified clinical nutritionist dedicated to helping people optimize their diet, eat more plants and get the most out of their health.
At an early age I decided that meat just wasn’t for me. At 22 I made the switch to a completely plant-based diet and the learning really started! I had no idea what I was in for.
I didn’t know anything about eating plant-based really, since our British family were very much a ‘meat and two veg’ kind of people. I’d never thought about what was on my plate, or what SHOULD be on my plate.
I didn’t have anyone in my life who was vegan or plant-based to ask, and most of my friends and family thought I was crazy! So I began my research journey.
Now I have made it my mission to be your support system. I’m the person who has done so much reading and research my eyes have gone square. I’m your go-to resource for all your plant-based information. I’ve done the work to find out not only how to stay alive on a plant-based diet (which still surprises some people, I know!) but how to optimise your diet so that you can THRIVE!
